Very cool looking FS Bike

Trying to find out what this mad looking bike is, apparently made by someone in the UK, front suspension like BMW’s telelever suspension. Any ideas?
Update – The chappies over at Retrobike have identified this as a Whyte PRST-1 or Preston.  Old review of it here

Just back from our 20 week detailed scan at the hospital. As per our 1st visit, this one blew us away yet again. Everything appears perfectly normal, however there was a bit of a Homer Simpson “Why you little…..” moment at one point:

The little B*$£^%!!!! is giving us the finger!!!!! Takes after it’s Dad then. Anyway, here’s a choice selection of the other scan photos:
